To prepare the Pasta a la Carbonara (super easy) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bacon / pancheta cut into smaller slices of about 3-4 cm and fry brightly on a dry non-stick pan.

Cook the pasta as directed.

Meanwhile, eggs, cream, garlic and parmesan cheese are brought to a large bowl with some salt and pepper, stirring it together.

When the pasta is ready pour water off and then directly into the bowl and stir well, this will now heat the sauce up. Get the bacon in as if possible. Is dripping on some kitchen roll and finally coarse parsley.
