Instructions for Parsley herring
To prepare the Parsley herring recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the pine nuts, garlic and parsley together into a thick paste. Season with salt and pepper and the benefit it inside the herring fillets. Turn them in durum wheat flour and fry them in a frying pan with butter about 4 min. on each side. Serve with pan-fried potatoes and halve tomatoes.
