To prepare the Panna Cotta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let the cream warm slowly in a saucepan. As soon as it boils, remove it from the heat and add lemon peel. Meanwhile, lay the house block softly in cold water for 10 minutes. It is clenched well and put into the cream, stir lightly with a wooden box. Sugar is mixed in and brandy added. While still warm, the pulp comes in pulp. Set cold.
