Instructions for Paned scrub with hazelnut potatoes
To prepare the Paned scrub with hazelnut potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take the scrubbers and clean them for any ingots and rinse them thoroughly for blood. Then take the tail and the finds off. See if you can raise some of the skin free from the meat. Then take a clean clean cloth and grab the skin and pull off all the skin. Put your strength in, it helps. Make sure there is no meat. Repeat on the other side.
Now you take a sharp knife and cut along the spine all the way down the fish. Then you put the knife a little down and start cutting out against the finds. Make sure not to get a leg. Repeat with all the fins. Wash the dishes in water and brush them with egg whites. Then turn them into rasp until they are covered all over.
Place 2 lubricating knives on a cutting board.
Then put a potato between the blades and cut it into slices without cutting into the bottom so they still sit together. Do this with all the potatoes.
Then cut the hazelnuts into slices and put them into the cavities in the potatoes. You may optionally bake the nuts first and then put them into the potatoes.
Brush them with oil and put them in the oven (oven) for approx. 40 min - 1 hour until crisp and delicious.
Cut the onions into small tern and season them in butter / magarine. Then add a good lump of butter, and a little milk and possibly. Slightly squeezed garlic. Whip it together and add a little flour to evenly (maizena can also be used). Let it simmer by means of medium heat. Remember to whip it together. Add a spicy milk if it gets too thick (it will not hurt it)
(Remember to look at the potatoes)
Now you heat a pan up to medium heat and throw a lump of butter on your forehead. Now put the paned scrub on the forehead and raise them at medium-low heat until they are golden.
Remember the potatoes
Put it well on the speakers and decorate it. With parsley, lemon, lime, pepper, tomato etc.
Enjoy a good portion of Danish food. There is always room for personal touches. The recipe is made for you to personalize it yourself.
