1 | tbsp | Liquid honey |
1 | tsp | Coarse salt |
1 | dl | Lukewarm water |
1 | dl | Ymer |
25 | g | Yeast |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Pandebrød 02
To prepare the Pandebrød 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix water and yams and stir the yeast into it. Add oil, honey, salt and finally flour gradually and stir well. Put some flour on the table and knead the dough. Put the dough in a bowl with a cloth over and set it for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each piece flat (about 0.5 cm in thickness). Brush the loaves with a little oil on one side and raise them with even heat (with the oil side downwards) until they take color.
Before turning the loaves, brush the other side with oil.
Server with a dip of yum flavored with crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

Can be used as a snack with dip, but also as a suplement for other dishes ..
