Ingredients for Pancakes with room

Sugar, jam, nutella, bananas, ice cream, nuts, whatever your imagination can find on;-)
1tbspCinnamon (optional)
1tspSalt
1tbspSugar
2tbspGood Rome (to taste)
2tbspMelted butter or oil
225gWheat flour
3Large eggs
4dlWhole milk (tastes just best)

Instructions for Pancakes with room

To prepare the Pancakes with room recipe, please follow these instructions:

Everything, close to the milk, the fat and the flour, is stirred together in a bowl.
A single dl. Of the milk is stirred afterwards ...
The flour is poured into the dough and then stirred again.
The rest of the milk is supplied quietly while stirring.
Finally the oil / butter!

Then put the dough in the refrigerator for a minimum of half an hour, but preferably one to two hours.
When you take it out to use it, it must have consistency of a thick cold bowl. A little extra milk can optionally be used to thin the dough with, if necessary ...
