200 | g | Bacon into small cubes |

Instructions for Pancakes with Bacon, Brunch
To prepare the Pancakes with Bacon, Brunch recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fold the edge onto two large pieces of baking paper so each piece forms a square shape (about 35 x 40 cm.). Distribute half of the bacon in one piece of paper and raise the bacon in the middle of the oven until it is light golden. Whip flour and 2½ dl of milk together - for a poultry dough. Whip the rest of the milk in. Whip the eggs in, then add the salt. Spread half of the pancake pie over the roasted bacon and behind the pancake in the middle of the oven. Pull the baking paper on a baking tray and let the pancake cool a little. Roll the slick pancake together using the baking paper. Cut the roll into 4 slices and put them on serving plates with salad and tomatoes. Server - and low while the other pancake
tips:
Bacon can be replaced by ham in small pieces, but the ham must not be roasted.
