To prepare the Pancakes 24 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour first first and mix. Then other ingredients. Stir until the dough is free of lumps.
Let it rest for at least half an hour.
Heat the pan until it is evenly hot. Pour grease on, then dough on the forehead. Start at the pandes shank and turn the pan so that the dough is distributed. Bake the pancake with even heat until it is light brown and stiff. Turn it with the palette knife and behind it on the other side.
To keep them warm, you can advantageously place them in a fireproof dish in the oven at low heat.
