Instructions for Pancake muffins

To prepare the Pancake muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg and sugar airy. Mix flour, baking soda and cardamom in a bowl. Stir the flour mixture in the egg yolk and add the milk. Grease the forehead with a little of the fat and warm it. Pour some dough in and behind the balls over low heat. Turn them when they have a nice color. Lightly brush the forehead between each baking and put the finished bowls on top of each other on a plate. Put a lid over so they stay warm. Server balls lukewarm, possibly. With a little sugar sprinkled over.

tips:
As a variation, gently squeeze some thin orange slices into each bowl before the dough is completely stiff and spice up. Also with a little cinnamon. Roses and chopped almonds are also good to mix in the balls.
