Instructions for Pan Boller

To prepare the Pan Boller recipe, please follow these instructions:

Margarine is melted. Water, buttermilk and yeast are stirred in. Salt and flour are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set to raise for approx. 45 min. The dough is thrown down and molded into 20 bowls, placed close to a dough pan. Replies for approx. 20 min. Brush with egg and sprinkle with bowl.
