Instructions for Palm tree cake
To prepare the Palm tree cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
For dough stir the yeast into the milk. The other ingredients are added, and the whole thing is mixed well. Then roll the dough out to an elongated piece. On top of iron filling in an even layer.
Then roll the dough together as a roulade. Cut out in ca. 30 pieces, pressing the Center with a knife shaft. Turn over and brush with the remaining egg white. Dipped in a mixture of sugar and bread crumbs, half of each. Raises for about ½ hour.
Bake at 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes.
