Instructions for Pak choy salad
To prepare the Pak choy salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the pack choy in quarters or smaller pieces, place them on a hot pan with finely chopped onions, sesame and rapeseed oil and steam them for 2-3 minutes until the pack choy is tender. Add the crushed garlic and sesame or nigellafrø and turn it around. Season with a lemon juice and turn the salad on a dish.
