1Vanilla pod
4tbspBaileys
5dlWhipped cream
8Pasteurized egg yolks
80gIcing sugar

Instructions for P-pie ice cream with Baileys

To prepare the P-pie ice cream with Baileys recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs, sugar and vanilla grains are whipped strongly to white foam.
Whip egg yolks together with sugar and vanilla grains until the pulp is airy.
Whip the cream easily and turn it into the egg yolks.
Chop the P-tarts roughly and turn them into the pulp, together with Baileys, and freeze the ice cream overnight.
The best result is obtained if the ice cream is stirred during freezing.

tips:
TIP: The ice cream gets the best taste if you are using Baileys, but can also be done if you want a "child-friendly" variant. BON APPETITE ;-)
