Ingredients for Ostefundue with curry
Pita bread | ||
1 | tsp | Lemon juice |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | tsp | Curry udrørt in 1 tablespoon boiling water games |
1 | tsp | Corn flour |
1.5 | dl | Dry white wine |
185 | g | Grated cheddar cheese |
2 | tbsp | Dry sherrey |
250 | g | Grated gruyere cheese |
Instructions for Ostefundue with curry
To prepare the Ostefundue with curry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the inside of the pan with garlic.
Pour wine and lemon juice into the pan and heat it until it bubbles, turn down the heat, add curry paste and gradually the cracked cheese. Stir in the pan and continue stirring until the cheese is melted.
Stir a smoothie of maizena and sherry and put it in the cheese bowl. Let it simmer with stirring for 2 - 3 minutes until the mass is thick and smooth.
DO NOT boil the oven.
Serving: Pita bread is a good replacement.
