1 | Small leek | |
1 | tsp | Paprika |
1 | tbsp | Red wine vinegar |
1 | Sour Apple | |
1-2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | Medium-sized onion | |
3 | tbsp | Margarine |
3 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
30 | g | Chopped almonds (optional) |
4 | dl | Chicken broth |
Instructions for Oriental spicy chicken
To prepare the Oriental spicy chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Party chicken into serving pieces. Chop the onions, cut the Apple into cubes and cut the leek into strips.
Saute the onion and Leek in half of the fat, then add the Apple and spices and babies with broth, soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer for about 3 min.
Brown the chicken pieces while in the rest of the fat. Add the almonds and pour sauce over.
