To prepare the Organic buns with buttermilk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the 5-grain mixture in soft water for 12 hours.
Stir the yeast into the water and pour the mixture into a stirring bowl. Add buttermilk and mix well. Add the honey and the 5-grain mixture and stir it all together until the honey is melted and the dough is a fountain. Add the flour a little at a time. When the dough is well blended, it is raised to a slanting place under a damp cloth. Raises 1.5 hours.
Turn on the oven at 180 ° C (hot air) or 200 ° C (ordinary oven)
Shape the balls with two spoons on baking paper on a baking sheet. Brush with milk / egg mixture.
