Ingredients for Oreo muffins
1 | dl | Boiled water |
1 | dl | Oil (vegetable) |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Dark cocoa |
2 | Rolls oreos | |
2 | tsp | Vanilla powder |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
4.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
4.5 | dl | Sugar |
Instructions for Oreo muffins
To prepare the Oreo muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Heat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Put the muffin in a muffin plate (?) And put one half of an oreo in the mold with the cream side upwards.
2. Stir flour, cocoa and baking soda together in one bowl
3. Mix sugar, egg, milk, oil and vanilla in another bowl. Stir together until it is well mixed.
4. Add the flour mixture and stir between speed for 2-3 minutes.
5. Then stir in the boiling water (the mixture is now very liquid). Then pour the dough into the molds about 3/4 full. Bag in the oven approx. 25 minutes. Allow them to cool completely after.
Frosting: I made it a little on gefühl so all goals are approx. Goal but taste you forward. 2 tablespoons butter, 1 pack of flour flour (450g), 0.5 dl warm water and 3 teaspoon vanilla sugar thoroughly stirring.
Then put broken oreos (the other half of them divide into the muffin details + some more). Turn into the dough according to how much you want.
When the cakes are completely cold put on frosting. Ornament with half oreos eventually.
