2lBouillon (1 l. hen & 1 l. ready)
2tbspWheat flour
2.5dlCooking cream
4-5cloveGarlic (optional)
60gButter
600gWhite onion

To prepare the Onion soup-the best and easiest recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slice the onion (and garlic) into slices.

Heat the butter in the saucepan, and add the onions. Sprinkle with a little salt, so the onions do not burn as easily. When onions are blanched, tag them as well of flared and add wheat flour. Stir well.

Cook 2 litres of water, and add the bouillon dices. When they are dissolved in water, pour it into the onions. Let the soup cook up. Blend if necessary. løgsuppen fin.

Add cream and let boil up again. Season with salt, pepper and, if desired. grate a little nutmeg. Muskatnøden gives the soup a little bite, but don't use too much. Let the soup boil for 10 min at familiarise oneself warm and then it is ready to eat:)

Tips:
Tastes really delicious with a little grated parmesan cheese on top. There will be a lot of soup, then freeze, if desired. some of the soup down.
