Ingredients for Omelette with Zucchini

Instructions for Omelette with Zucchini
To prepare the Omelette with Zucchini recipe, please follow these instructions:
The two squash chop into very thin slices. Heat half of the oil and half the butter up in a frying pan. Saute squash slices in it until golden, 2-3 minutes. Add pressed garlic and turn around. Boost omeletten onto a plate and wipe the pan with paper towel
Whip the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper. Heat the Pan up again, add the rest of the oil and the butter. When the butter shower added the eggs. Parmesan is best of all when you buy it in whole pieces and even tear it as needed.
