150 | g | Feta cheese, naturel |
2 | Eggs | |
250 | ml | Olive oil |
50 | g | Yeast |
950 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Olive bread I
To prepare the Olive bread I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble yeast in the lukewarm water and dissolve it with stirring. Add salt, oil and egg and mix well.
Bring the flour in a little while and knead the dough until it is smooth and release the dough bowl.
Set the dough for raising covered a tight spot for about 30 minutes.
Eat again the dough on a flour board. Divide it into 4 equal parts. Vibrate each part to a ball and roll them out to round plates, about 20 cm. In the deameter.
Place two of the dough plates on a greased baking sheet. Distribute chopped olives and cheese over here.
Cover with the remaining dough plates and hug the edges well together. Let the loaves match until they have got a double size, approx. 20min.
Bake bread at 225 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let them cool off on a baker well covered with a cloth so that the crust does not get tough.
