Instructions for Old fashioned apple pie
To prepare the Old fashioned apple pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
The apple sauce:
Peel and chop the apples into pieces. Boil the apples together with the water at high heat for about 10 minutes. Then turn the heat down on the lowest blush and let the apples get completely tender, it takes about 15-25 minutes. Remember to stir around the pot every 5 minutes. When the cream is soft and smooth, you may have some nice apples, stirring butter and sugar in the mash. Then put the sprouts on the fridge.
rasp:
Melt the butter in a pan. Then add the rasp and sugar. Shake the mixture until it is golden.
Both the apples and the rasp must cool down completely before lying in layers.
When they are cooled, the cream is whipped. Add a little powder sugar if you want a creamy cream, I put about 2tsk in.
The apple juice and the rasp are now laid in a bowl, apple juice first. The final layer is the rasp. The whipped cream is put on top and smoothed out. Small round spoonful of ribs jelly put nicely in the side of the bowl and one in the middle.
Finally, reboil for at least 2 hours until it is completely cold.
