1tbspHoney or syrup
1dlFlax seed
1.5dlButtermilk
1.5tspSalt
10gYeast
2dlCracked rye kernels
4dlOatmeal
525gWheat flour
6dlWater

Instructions for Oat bread

To prepare the Oat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the water and with oatmeal, flax seed and cracked rye kernels for 3-4 minutes with stirring.
Let it cool until it's lukewarm.
Stir tenderloin, honey / syrup and salt in.
Stir yeast in.
Add the flour and knead until the dough is smooth.
Let it rise for an hour.
Form the dough for a bread.
Brush the bread and bag it for 40 minutes in a 200 degree hot oven (regular oven).
