Ingredients for Oat bread
1 | tbsp | Honey or syrup |
1 | dl | Flax seed |
1.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
10 | g | Yeast |
2 | dl | Cracked rye kernels |
4 | dl | Oatmeal |
525 | g | Wheat flour |
6 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Oat bread
To prepare the Oat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the water and with oatmeal, flax seed and cracked rye kernels for 3-4 minutes with stirring.
Let it cool until it's lukewarm.
Stir tenderloin, honey / syrup and salt in.
Stir yeast in.
Add the flour and knead until the dough is smooth.
Let it rise for an hour.
Form the dough for a bread.
Brush the bread and bag it for 40 minutes in a 200 degree hot oven (regular oven).
