Instructions for Nut-tops
To prepare the Nut-tops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grind the nut kernels through the almond mill, or put them in the blender. Mix the ground nuts with sifted flour, flour and eggs. Put the dough on the baking tray with two teaspoons or through a large bag of syringe. Bake the cakes approx. 10 min at 185 °. Bring a chocolate button on each cake as they come out of the oven while still hot. Let the cakes get cold. Put them in a cake box with a layer of paper between each layer of cakes. Put a piece of french bread on top, so keep the cakes soft, they must not be crispy.
