Råcreme el. sour cream
1tbspKirsch/anden fruit brandies
1tbspBreadcrumbs
100gWalnut kernels
2tbspRaisins
4Large eating apples
5tbspLight syrup

Instructions for Nut Apples, Australian

To prepare the Nut Apples, Australian recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash the apples thoroughly and toes the houses out. Fill apples with a mixture of 50 g chopped Walnut kernels, raisins, breadcrumbs, kirsch and 1-2 tbsp. syrup.

Put them in a baking dish in a hot oven to 180 degrees, the apples are fairly tender but finally not coincided. Pour the syrup into a cup and dip the somewhat cooled apples half therein.

Chop the rest of the three walnuts and toss the apples in it, so the nut kernels stuck in the syrup.
Garnish with cocktail cherries and a couple strips angelica or sukat.
