Instructions for Norwegian cottage bread
To prepare the Norwegian cottage bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The margarine is melted, the milk is added, the yeast is thrown out. Syrup, lettuce, whole wheat flour, brussel flour and wheat flour are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. ½ hour. The dough is cut down and shaped into 2 loaves. Replies to the plate approx. ½ hour.
Syrup and water are mixed. The breads are brushed and sprinkled with whole wheat flour.
Bagetid approx. 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
