To prepare the Noodles w. shrimp and coconut milk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok/frying pan. Add the onion, chili, garlic together with the spices and simmer for 2 minutes low heat. Add the prawns and turn up the heat, fry the shrimp until they are golden brown. Add diced tomatoes, and coconut milk and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. The Court let simmer for low heat for 2 -3 min. Pour the cooked noodles over in court and serve.
Tips:
Can be varied with fish, possibly. salmon or other fish with real meat. Garnish, if desired. with coriander
