To prepare the Nonna Maria's fruit tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preparation of Base: mix sugar and butter well, then add the eggs, lemon zest and a little salt. Knead the flour slowly in as the last. Baking soda and sugar mix well.
Preparation of the cream: Beat sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour together in a saucepan over low heat. Then add the boiling milk and let it all cook for some minutes until it thickens. Style for cooling.
Preparation of gel: Husblasen soaked in cold water (1 sheet per dl. fluid), melted and stir in the warm juice. Allow to cool and dubbed on the cake when gel starts to become thick.
Conclusion: Roll the dough out with plenty of flour, and place in oven for 7-10 minutes at 200 degrees. Let it rest for 30 minutes, so it is lukewarm. Put the bottom on a kagefad, and cover it with a thick layer of cream. Decorate it with fruit and dub the gel gently on the fruit with a brush.
