15 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
350 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Nobisbrød
To prepare the Nobisbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is stirred in the water. The other ingredients are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 2 hours The dough is knocked down and peeled to a sausage, approx. 50 cm. Shaped into a ring that is scratched across and laid on the plate. Repeats approx. 1½ hours. Brush with water.
Baking time 10 minutes at 275 degrees. The oven is switched off and the bread is in the extinguished oven for 20-25 minutes. In the gas oven, the bread is baked for 15 minutes at 250 degrees and in the extinguished oven 20-25 degrees.
