Instructions for Nina's squash cake
To prepare the Nina's squash cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Batter: Egg & sugar whipped thick and frothy, oil is whipped in. Squashen rives and mix in.
Flour, baking powder, soda, salt, vanilla sugar and cinnamon mixed and stirred into the dough
Spread out the dough in a baking pan ca. 23x33 cm. and bake for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees c. alm. oven.
Cream: cream cheese, butter and icing sugar is stirred together, after which the vanilla sugar and cinnamon are added.
