To prepare the New potatoes with boiled mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Scrub or scrape the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Put them in a sauté pan with butter, salt and water and steam them tender under the lid – approx. 8 min. Brush chanterelles and mushrooms clean, cut the big little out and brown them in a pan with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add the cream.

Completion of these let simmer about 5 min. and season with salt and pepper. Take the potatoes up with a slotted spoon and serve them on two heating plates. Pour mushrooms stowage over and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately and give good bread for.
