Instructions for New potatoes on skewers
To prepare the New potatoes on skewers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scrub the potatoes clean and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes stir in a marinade of tomato pesto, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic and chopped Basil. Season with salt and pepper and place the potatoes in the marinade for 30 min. Set potatoes on skewers and cook them on the grill for about 10 minutes (depending on size)-flip them along the way. Serve as an accompaniment to other grilled food.
Tips:
Wooden skewers are used they must be laid in water for about 1 hour, so they don't burn on the grill. Tastes absolutely wonderful!
