2 | tbsp | Finely chopped chives |
4 | slices | Mozzarella |
4 | slices | Mycella or other gentle blue cheese |
700 | g | Minced beef |

To prepare the Mycella steaks recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is split into 8 parts, steaks will be printed out with a palette knife out into 8 thin patties. On 4 of the steaks for a slice of mozarellaost is sprinkled with chives. The other emphasis is on top and trukkes firmly to the edge, so the cheese is totally locked up. Sprinkle with a little pepper. Brush with a little oil and put under the hot grill for about 3 minutes. Reversed and a slice of Mycella laid bare on each. Be again under the grill, to the blue cheese is starting to bubble.
