To prepare the Mustard-roasted root vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the vegetables and cut them into slices or spells. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add maple syrup or honey, mustard and lemon juice. Let it boil for a moment and turn the vegetables in. Stir them with stirring for medium heat for approx. 15 minutes, spat if necessary. With some water along the way. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley before serving as an accessory
