Instructions for Mustard Grain Swine
To prepare the Mustard Grain Swine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Find all spices in a mortar or in a food processor, add lemon juice, honey and mustard gradually to obtain a dense pasta.
Cut the shanks thoroughly in the swallow (1/2 cm apart). Rub the spice mixture in the slices, pack the shanks separately into baking paper. Close the paper with stapler. Behind the shanks for three hours at 135 degrees.
Grab them out (store the sauce) and then crisp at 250 degrees.
Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before serving, with sauce and vegetables as at Skinkesteg, or by light.
