Instructions for Musli Cake
To prepare the Musli Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
First you get the sugar on the hot pan / pot. All the dry ingredients are then poured when the sugar starts to melt. It should preferably not be too high, as the sugar can easily burn or taste to burn and become dark. They are shaken well so it's hot. Then all the other ingredients come in. They melt together until it's a sticky mass. The mixture is poured onto a baking sheet, with a piece of baking paper on which is greased. (So the cake does not hang on). It is all distributed on the plate in 1.5 - 2.5 cm chewing.
Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 15-20 min.
While baking the cake, chop the chop between pieces. Then it is melted by a water bath. When the cake is busy and still lukewarm, pour the melted chocolate over and spread over the cake and allow it to dry upstairs.
This cake is easy and very quick to make. It is very child-friendly (;
