Cut the onions into coarse cubes and fry them in oil. Add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and sauté them for 5 min. Add broth and beans, which are cut into smaller pieces. Boil the soup up, season with salt and pepper and serve with sprinkled parsley and wholemeal bread.
