To prepare the Muffins without milk recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven to 200 g (oven).
Whip first egg and sugar well together in a bowl. Then mix flour, baking soda and vanilla sugar in another bowl, and say it in the sugar / egg mixture. The dough will seem very dry, but it's supposed to be because it's the fruit that acts like moisture. Then mash the fruit (either banana or apple) and add to the dough. Put the dough into the muffin and baking in the oven for about 20 minutes.
