2.25dlWhole milk
300gWheat flour
50gButter
75gWhite chocolate 30%

To prepare the Muffins with raspberries and white chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the flour and the baking soda into a bowl and stir the sugar. Slice the egg into a separate bowl and whisk it with vanilla, milk and melted butter. Stir the liquid in flour mixture, then raspberries and chopped chocolate. Be careful not to stir too long with the raspberries as they will otherwise become mustard.

Pour mixture into muffin mold and baked at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 30 min.
