Instructions for Muffin with frosting (Cupcakes)

To prepare the Muffin with frosting (Cupcakes) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Muffins: Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, vanilla sugar, salt and cocoa well together.
Whip egg, milk and oil for approx. 1 min.
Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until it is uniform. Then add the coarse chocolate.
Pour the dough into the mold and fill it a little over half.
Bake in the middle of 20-25 min at 200 degrees. (Small muffins 10-15 min)

Frosting: stir butter softly with flour.
Add warm water, vanilla essence and pastry color and stir until the consistency is soft. If the frost feels too soft add extra flour.
Cook for 1 hour before spraying on the baked pastries.
