To prepare the Mousses, father's mother's recipe, please follow these instructions:
4 leaves isinglass soaked in cold water, taken up, melted over steam and mix in the juice. 2 sheets gelatin soaked, be taken up and melted in ½ dl of boiling water. Stir in sugar and vanilla sugar; Isinglass pour at once into the cream skimmed and touched out therein. The juice mixed into the cream skimmed with a whisk, then fromagen becomes marbled. It is filled into a bowl and serve, if desired. with ice cream.
