5 | -moulded tbsp. wheat flour | |

Instructions for Mother's Flæskpandekage
To prepare the Mother's Flæskpandekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fry the pork slices in a frying pan. Let some of the fat will be back in the pan to bake pancake in. Put battle it out nicely around in a range on the forehead. Stir the egg yolks with the flour. Add the milk and salt. Beat the egg whites very stiff and turn them in the egg mixture. Pour it all over battle it and smooth it out. When pancake is golden and neat, it must be reversed on a lid and bake on the other side.
Tips:
We grew up with powdered sugar on this pancake.
