1.5 | dl | Milk |
1.5 | dl | Water |
100 | g | Margarine (or oil margarine) |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Mother's cardamom buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Margarine is melted, if desired. in microwave oven 2. Milk & water add 3. The yeast is mixed in mixture 4. Add sugar, baking powder and cardamom 5. Stir in the flour and extra flour added until you get the right consistency. The dough should not be too "dry" 6. The dough raises 20 minutes 7. The dough is kneaded and molded to 12 buns that are placed on a baking sheet 8. The oven turns on at 275 degrees, and while the warming up raises the dough balls 15 minutes 9. Buns brushed with curdled milk, eggs, yoghurt or whatever you have on hand 10. Buns Bake 10 minutes on the Middle Groove or until golden enjoy!
