Chip must of lemon and orange in blender. Add anise, coriander, chili and saffron. Finally add the salt and blend everything until the salt is finely ground. Wide salted out on a clean Tea towel on a baking sheet and let stand overnight. The day after can it be complied with on glass, sprinkled over soup, used to fish, rice, chicken and dishes that taste of summer and the Mediterranean Sea.
