Mix water, sugar, salt and yeast and set it aside until it's foamed. Add the oil. Mix whole-grain flour, corn flour and peppers and mix the two parts thoroughly and knead the dough firmly and smoothly. Set the dough for raising approx. 20 minutes. Pour the dough into 15 buns, squeezed flat, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Repeats approx. 15 minutes. Behind 180 degrees for approx. 12 minutes.
