To prepare the Mocca Nutcracker recipe, please follow these instructions:

The margarine is crumbled in the flour and the other ingredients are added and the dough is collected. The dough is rolled out for approx. 1 cm thick and stabbed out with a glass (about 2.5 cm in diameter).

The cakes are baked at 200 degrees for approx. 12 minutes.

When the cakes have cooled, they are dipped in the coating chocolate, which is melted over a water bath. The cakes may be decorated with a coffee bean or nuts.
