250 | g | Cauliflower |
4 | clove | Garlic |
400 | g | Tiger shrimp shucked, raw |
50 | g | Rucola, salad |

To prepare the Mixed salad with garlic fried tiger prawns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The shrimp thawed and peeled. Let tail tips page. Put the prawns in a marinade of white wine, chopped garlic, salt and pepper for a minimum of half an hour.
The stegs in a frying pan 2 – 3 minutes on each side in the marinade.
Rinse and cut cauliflower into florets. Sugar peas rinsed. Rødløget peeled and cut into thin both. The carrots peeled and cut into thin slices. The cherry tomatoes are washed and halved, and the rocket is cleaned.
