280 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
40 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Mini-rye bread II
To prepare the Mini-rye bread II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir yeast u in lukewarm tender milk
Add other ingredients, but hold some white wheat
Bring the dough well through
Raise the cover for 30 minutes
