Ingredients for Mini rye bread

2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Syrup |
200 | g | Rye flour |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Mini rye bread
To prepare the Mini rye bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Stir yeast into hand-warmed water in a bowl.
2. Pour the oil into.
3. Add the syrup, salt and both types of flour and knead well together.
4. Spread flour on the worktop and on the dough so that it does not stick.
5. Let the dough rise for 15 minutes and eat a milk cut.
6. Turn on the oven at 225 degrees.
7. Peel the dough through, make it into a sausage and divide it into 8 pieces. Form them as small rye bread and put it on a baking sheet with baking paper.
8. Let the rye bread add for another 15 minutes.
9. Tap the surface with a fork.
10. Brush with spiced egg.
11. The rye bread is baked in the middle of the oven for approx. 15 min.
