Ingredients for Millet Bread

1.5 | dl | Ymer |
100 | g | Grahams |
2.5 | dl | Water |
25 | g | Yeast |
350 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Millet flakes |
Instructions for Millet Bread
To prepare the Millet Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lun the water (35C) and put it in a large bowl. Stir the yeast out of it. Rinse the slurry cold and pour it short.
First stir fry flakes and honey and then add yum, salt, grahamsmel and most of the wheat flour in the yeast liquid.
Add the rest of the wheat flour slightly at a time and knead the dough on a lightly floured table until it is smooth and smooth.
Put the dough back into the bowl and cover it with a cloth. Set it to the rake loose approx. 45 minutes until it's doubled.
Put the oven at 225 degrees C. Pour the dough through and form it to a sausage. Cut the egg into 12 equal parts and shape them into small elongated bread. Put them on a lettuce lightly flour baking sheet, or on a plate covered with baking paper, and let them adhere to the covered approx. 15 minutes.
Brush the loaves with a coiled egg and behind them approx. 15 minutes until golden. Let them cool the outdoor deck on a baker.
tips:
Dry if necessary. The bread with a little millet flakes after they are brushed with eggs.
