210 | g | Grahams |
4 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
630 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Mill Bread
To prepare the Mill Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and yeast are stirred together. The other ingredients are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set aside for a slight spot about ¾ hours.
The dough is thrown down and shaped into 2 loaves. Reminds on the plate approx. 15 minutes. The bread is scratched.
Bagetid about ½ hour at 200 degrees.
tips:
Instead of 2 loaves, the dough can be baked as 1 large bread. The baking time is then 40-45 minutes. The bread must be carefully shaped so as not to crack during baking.
